Thank you for purchasing from Core Wellness Conscious Healing. Because our current products are instant digital downloads, please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

  • Digital Product Sales: All digital downloads, fillable PDF workbooks, and instant access files are final sale. Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.

  • Personal Use Only: Purchasing a digital product grants you one (1) non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not share, resell, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of these files for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Core Wellness & Conscious Healing LLC.

  • Intellectual Property: All content, designs, prompts, and layouts remain the exclusive intellectual property of Core Wellness & Conscious Healing LLC.

  • Non-Medical Disclaimer: The resources, somatic exercises, and reflective journals provided are for informational, educational, and personal growth purposes only. They are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, mental health therapy, or treatment.

Exceptions & Support While sales are generally non-refundable, we want you to have a positive experience with your wellness tools. We handle the following exceptions on a case-by-case basis:
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same digital item twice in error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order numbers. We will verify the duplicate and issue a full refund for the extra charge.
  • Technical Issues / Corrupted Files: If you encounter difficulty downloading or opening your files, or if a file appears corrupted/incomplete, please reach out to us immediately. We will work with you to troubleshoot, resend working file links, or offer an alternate file format.
Personal Use & License Restrictions All digital products purchased from Core Wellness & Conscious Healing are for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may print copies for your own personal use.
  • You may NOT share, redistribute, resell, re-license, alter, or upload these digital files or workbooks to any public platform, shared drive, or third-party website.
