1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participating in the Healing in Nature: Full Moon Walk & Meditation involves physical movement outdoors, walking on natural or uneven terrain, exposure to outdoor weather conditions, outdoor meditation, and consuming ceremonial cacao. I acknowledge that outdoor activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Uneven trails, loose dirt, rocks, roots, or slippery surfaces that could cause trips, slips, or falls.
• Environmental exposure, including weather changes, temperature variations, insects, or outdoor wildlife.
• Potential allergic reactions or sensitivities to natural surroundings or food/beverage offerings (including ceremonial cacao ingredients: raw cacao, natural spices, and sweeteners).

I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation.

2. Physical Capability & Health Warranty

I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in this activity, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my safe participation in this nature walk and meditation session.

3. Release of Liability & Hold Harmless

In consideration for being permitted to participate in this event, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability, and hereby waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action arising out of my participation.

I hereby release and hold harmless Core Wellness & Conscious Healing (Rebecca Siders), their respective owners, officers, practitioners, employees, volunteers, and property owners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for bodily injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising out of or related to my participation in this event, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.

4. Dietary & Cacao Consumption Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that ceremonial cacao will be served during this event. I confirm that I have disclosed any relevant food allergies or medical conditions (such as severe cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy, or use of MAOI antidepressants) prior to consumption, or that I may choose to opt out of drinking the cacao without affecting my participation in the remainder of the event.
