Conscious Healing sessions focus on restoring energetic balance and supporting the body’s natural capacity for healing. These sessions include various modalities of energy-based practices designed to release stored tension, encourage relaxation, and support the body’s energetic flow.
Energy body process healing works with specific points on the body that correspond to different systems and structures. Through gentle touch and focused awareness, this process is used for undoing some of the habits we’ve planted that allows the body to malfunction.
